International Conference In Action Research and Innovation In Educational Pedagogy 2023 was held on 26-26 March 2023 by virtual through Webex and Google Meet platform. This international conference was coordinate by Dr. Romarzila Omar and hosted by University Pendidikan Sultan Idris(UPSI).

The partnership of this conference had involve more than ten institutes: National University of Malaysia (UKM), University Technology Malaysia(UTM), University Utara Malaysia (UUM), University Malaysia Sabah (UMS), Institute of teacher Education Malaysia (IPGM), Gorontalo State University, Indonesia, Muria Kudus University, Indonesia, Indonesia University of Education (UPI), Polytechnic and Community College, and Aminuddin Baki Institute.

ICARIEP 2023 features five amazing keynote speakers that involve Dr. Mohamad Muhidin bin Patahol Wasli (Institute of Education University College London), Dr. Ruhaya binti Hassan (Fully Residential School Management Division Ministry of Education), Professor Emeritus Dr. Saedah Siraj (University Malaya), Dr. Pupung Puspa Ardini (University of Negeri Gorontalo Salawesi, Indonesia), and Professor Dr. Ahmad Zamzuri bin Mohamad Ali.
